Non-compete clause[edit]
Something to think about when expanding the article: I'd imagine that for some occupations, inevitable disclosure can restrict a departing employee almost as much as a non-compete clause. The article should explain, with examples of case law, to what extent inevitable disclosure applies in jurisdictions that have adopted a policy against enforcing non-competes. --Damian Yerrick (talk) 14:15, 2 May 2014 (UTC)
