"stayed for close to three years before it transferred as well." -> "stayed for almost three years before it transferred as well." Since close, when referring to Broadway shows, could also refer to a production ending, so almost might be clearer.

"Most of the 1980s was dominated by few musicals." -> "Most of the 1980s was dominated by a few musicals." The former implies that the Imperial did not have many musical productions, while "a few" implies that a small number of musicals were produced at the Imperial for long periods of time.

" Les Misérables, which relocated from the Broadway Theatre in late 1990, was the only production at the Imperial for the next decade." This sentence implies that Les Mis relocated to Imperial in the late 1990s, then ran during the 2000s, but the subsequent sentence says it closed in 2003. Do you mean to say that Les Mis went to the Imperial in the early 1990s? What ran in this theatre during the '90s?
- Sorry for the confusion. Les Miz went to the Imperial, transferring from the Broadway Theatre, during the latter part of the year 1990 (not the latter part of the 1990s decade). "Les Misérables was the second-longest-running Broadway production ever when it closed in 2003,[211] in part because of reduced ticket sales after the September 11 attacks in 2001." Does this mean to say it was the second-longest-running Broadway production because of reduced ticket sales? Because its 10+ years of success in the 90s were probably more significant than its success post-9/11. I think more words are needed here to make this clearer.
- This is actually two ideas. As a result of the 9/11 attacks, theatrical sales went down and Les Miz was forced to close. At the time of the closure, Les Miz was Broadway's second longest-running show. I have clarified this too. Epicgenius (talk) 19:41, 30 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
The "Box office record" section is quite small, and I think it would be better to incorporate this into the History section.

Although not necessary to pass this GA, I'm surprised that there isn't much critical commentary on the architecture of the theatre. Did commentators, perhaps when the theatre opened, after renovations, or for the Tony Awards, speak about the architecture?
- Generally, people didn't visit the theater (or most other Broadway houses) to comment on the architecture, with a few exceptions like the New Amsterdam Theatre and Lyceum Theatre, which were extremely ornate and thus were the subject of several architectural appraisals. Ref 225: According to WP:FORBESCONTRIBUTOR if an author of a Forbes source is listed as a contributor, the source should not be used unless the author is a subject matter expert. Is Marc Hershberg a subject matter expert or should this be removed?

Ref 33: "but the theater had become outdated two decades later." I think this is verified from the following text in the source: "The Schuberts wanted a replacement for their aging Lyric Theatre" but I do not think the source supports the wording that was chosen for the article. Suggest, "but two decades later the Schuberts wanted to build a replacement for the Lyric Theatre."
