Reception

The 'bad novel' comment in the reception section is extremely misleading, and presents a rather positive review as a critical one. I have removed it for encyclopaedic clarity. EDIT: To clarify, the intrusive narrator in the novel constantly interjects to inform the reader that they are reading a 'bad' novel either because it does not conform to the standards of the CIA funded nobel prize for literature committee, or because it does not consist of 21st century cliché.
