A bit of background[edit]

Hypebeast was deleted before, probably because it may have been poorly written before, had issues with WP:TOOSOON, or maybe was too promotional. I can't see the previous versions though. So, following WP:TNT, I gave this a complete restart by translating from the Japanese edition of Wikipedia, which has a pretty good-quality version. I actually have a lot of in-depth knowledge about hip hop publications and related topics, and Hypebeast is definitely a very notable publication that shouldn't be protected/salted.

Also, please note that Hypebeast is currently linked to from many Wikipedia articles [1]. There are also hundreds of hits if you search of "Hypebeast," and it's a widely cited publication used mostly in musician BLPs, so it certainly meets GNG and is worth including on Wikipedia.
