Improvements to Montgomery article[edit]

I added some material and sourcing to this piece but it still needs work. The problem is that there is often little published material about intelligence personnel who stay out of the spotlight during their careers. There's this great film about Montgomery by the OSS Society -- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WD5s_ghbOaM -- and this youtube video from an OSS dinner honoring him -- https://www.youtube.com/watch?
