Copyright violation[edit]

Article started in September 2010 by Contrappunto71. I began some tidying on it but look back to before I started. Then look at AMP (copyright 2009) for the biog, and link through to "list of pieces" for all the copied listings.

I've reduced this to a short article. There are some secondary mentions in GBooks and his record companys might be associated with a major. I have added some info from SMCQ and CMC where this does not appear to mirror the AMP site.
