Assessment[edit]

This article has been assessed, the feedback from this was as follows: Needs to be edited to read less like an advertisement. Also needs and infobox, pictures and more content; such as more information on the school governors. Camaron1 | Chris 19:24, 11 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Would removing or rephrasing the quote from the website help to make it sound less like an advertisement? NFreak007 08:23, 26 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Certainly ... it would be a very good idea. As you can imagine every school writes very similar things to your quote. What does wiki say? You create the neutral point of view. btw. You need to speak to Chris on his talk page ... I'd be surprised if he watches this page Victuallers 08:29, 26 April 2007 (UTC) (also from schools project)[reply]

I see your point, the quote is very dominating and long, and provides very little unique information. I would say either cut it down significantly or remove it completely. Camaron1 | Chris 18:54, 2 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The quote has been removed - so I think the advertisement issue is resolved. As a result, I have replaced the advertisement tag for one for lack of references. Camaron1 | Chris 09:55, 28 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Vandalism[edit]

I have noticed that this page is repeatedly getting vandlaised, probably by pupils of the school who think they are funny. Is there any way we can protect it? I don't know much about that sort of thing! NFreak007 12:55, 8 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah, this page seems to becoming a big vandal target. If the vandalism becomes uncontrollable - you can make a request for semi-protection at Wikipedia:Requests for protection as a last resort. Camaron1 | Chris 18:49, 18 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Mr Maggee did what now?!?[edit]

I've noticed that in a recent edit that it was added that Mr Maggee decided to spend the Science College money on the Sports Hall. (It was poorly written, so I improved it) However, I'm not sure: was it Mr Maggee or did all the staff/senior managment agree on it? NFreak007 09:00, 18 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I have put a fact tag next to it marking that it needs a reference. Strict interpretation of WP:BLP could put forward an argument that it should be removed. Camaron1 | Chris 13:27, 20 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Removed sections[edit]

Part of the 'Resources Centre' section and the whole of the 'Science College Status' section have been removed. Why is this? Also, should they be put back? The IP address who removed them seems to have done a fair bit of vandalism. What are your thoughts? NFreak007 11:10, 1 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I have roll-backed the article to before 213.166.17.11 (talk · contribs) removed the section for now - it was unexplained and IP has disruptive history. Camaron1 | Chris 19:58, 1 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
