What I have found out is (I think) WP:OR. One solution to that is to publish it elsewhere, but I do not have the time to.

Date[edit]

I strongly suspect that the present house is 18th century or even later, and is thus a successor of the house involved in the plot. However I have added a grid reference in comment -- I do not know how to do this the proper way. Peterkingiron (talk) 22:20, 15 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Why has this article been scythed[edit]

This article used to mention the people who were there at the time of the battle. This is key information and it seems to have been deleted in error. Can someone repair their damage before I do.Victuallers (talk) 15:41, 6 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Ownership[edit]

Henry Holbeach[edit]

There must be a connection with Henry Holbeach,which would also explain why it became a Catholic stronghold after the reformation. This alleged link is highly improbable. The house is named from the brook that runs past it, whose name is recorded long before this. Peterkingiron (talk) 21:33, 3 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
