Scam[edit]

Heightmax is a scam, plain and simple. All it takes is a little bit of internet research and one will soon realize the truth about this product. It simply does not work.JonathonBlunt 07:46, 15 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Legal action?[edit]

Does this mean that HeightMax has been pulled from the market permanently or just temporarily? This article's a little skimpy on that -- but then, so is everything else I've seen. Undomiel 06:12, 15 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

HeightMax did not return to U.S. market. Similar products HeightoMax and Peak Height since then, but it appears not the same people. Same lack of results. David notMD (talk) 13:13, 26 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
As happened in this case, the FTC often imposes a fine, and then suspends a majority of the fine based on ability of defendants to pay, and whether the defendants ceased to market these or any other dietary supplements going forward. This case was notable for the defendants having unsuccessfully tried to hide money from the FTC. David notMD (talk) 14:07, 26 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
