Punk band in England[edit]

On IFC channel, I saw a documentary (according to IFC site, last mention was in 2008 range) about a band also named Heavy Load (If I remember right). The band was made up of people with disabilities and people without (those without disabilities worked with people who had them). According to the IFC show, the singer (Simon), drummer (Michael), and one of the guitarists (Jimmy) were the ones with and another guitarist (Mick) and the bass player (Paul) were without disabilities.
