Heather Cox gained infamy when she repeatedly questions Jameis Winston about rape charges he was completely exonerated of directly after the AC championship game. Winston famously turned his back on the reporter and walked away. The incident is now refereed to as the snub heard round the world and has made Cox very unpopular amongst college football fans especially those who root for Florida State University. Most people find the move highly unprofessional, since the player never spoke about the incident while it was going on, so as a professional she should have realized he would not speak about it after. None the less she choose to ask this line of question directly after the biggest win in the players life, and asked him absolutely nothing about the game. Since then College football fans have called for her removal from ESPN and college sports coverage all together. 2601:7:5380:7F1:223:12FF:FE25:BC83 (talk) 22:54, 10 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
