As per Argento_Surfer's suggestion, unnecessary solicitation information has been removed. The solicitation text should not have been turned into a plot summary section.

The previously removed issue information has been reinstated. This is pertinent information and should not be removed again. If formatting is an issue, please discuss first before making changes.
