Given names[edit]

I updated the surnames section with all the people I could find in Wikipedia with any of the spellings that redirect to Haim. I didn't update the given names section. I propose that the given name section be deleted because it's not useful for disambiguation purposes and it's difficult to maintain. Thank you. If there's no objection I'll do this in the next couple of days. SchreiberBike (talk) 21:18, 4 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Haim excess notes[edit]

This is a disambiguation page and it has five paragraphs of notes that don't belong on a disambiguation page. I propose that Haim would become the primary topic with the disambiguation tag removed and Haim (disambiguation) be changed from a redirect to take the surnames and other uses sections. Thank you. If Chayyim is the primary form, the first word of the article, and "Haim" is just an italicized "also transcribed as", then why is Haim the name of the article, and not Chayyim? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Drsruli (talkcontribs) 05:17, 5 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Also, "Hyman" is an important anglicization of this name and should be mentioned somewhere in the article, as well as some of the famous people with this name (Hyman "Hank" Greenberg, etc). — Preceding unsigned comment added by Drsruli (talkcontribs) 05:24, 5 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
