I appreciate the comments and have renamed the page (the name of the court case) and think it is a relevant case to Modern Hindu Law. The article directly addresses the court case, so I am unsure of the criticism. This page is for a university project and I would appreciate if the page was not deleted. Thanks.

Since there's no evidence of ongoing discussion, I'm removing the tag for now.
