Fair use rationale for Image:Iniquity - Grime.jpg[edit]

Image:Iniquity - Grime.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Audio samples in The Bullet's Breath[edit]

There's some samples of spoken audio in The Bullet's Breath. On of them states, “this country is going straight to hell”. This may be an excerpt from the 1999 film American Beauty (Ricky's father at the table when complaining about homosexuals). While this album was released in 2001, the movie hit cinemas in 1999, so both date back to the same period. Is it verifiable that this particular song contains samples taken from that movie? -- Gohnarch^░ 07:44, 15 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
