Tidy up[edit]

Just a quick note on the tidy up I've just done - it looked like the article had been written as a small biography, then expanded but without removing the small bio - giving an article with a small bio as the introduction, and then the longer bio. I've merged relevant links etc. into the main article, and reduced the introduction down to a single line per WP standards. I haven't altered the references and, as per Ukexpat's comments above, I'm not sure the Amazon links are a reliable source, but there are enough citations for the article to pass WP:N and WP:V even if those are removed.
