If this is the penultimate federal award, then this article is probably worth a serious attempt at writing up. I had followed a link in the Malay titles page though, which says it's the highest federal award... In any case, I don't really know much about Malaysia, so I hope those with more knowledge can give this article a go. -- KittySaturn 03:23, 18 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]
