Joke

She was one of my favourite artists on Workers Playtime. Here is one of my favourite jokes of hers. "I gave the lodger a boiled egg for his tea. Me and the kids had egg soup". Naturally this was followed by her extraordinary laugh.

I am a half century old, but I didn't get the joke at first.
