Improvements in GCSE grades[edit]

I've added referenced info from Mark Grundy's article about grades, but this now reads oddly. Results said to have risen between 2007 and 2009 to 39% 5+ GCSEs at A*-C, whilst the Grundy ref says they rose from 15% to 56% between 2003 and 2005 - which suggests that the 2009 figure is still lower than the 2005 one.
