More detail welcome[edit]
It would be more illuminating if details of his ordination could be found and put in with due citation. It is intriguing a clergyman would design a submarine - was he aware of its warlike application? It is also intriguing he does not appear to have practised his holy orders when he emigrated, as usually such men would have been able to join the US forces as chaplains.Cloptonson (talk) 08:02, 2 January 2021 (UTC)
