I remember using Mosaic by Experian back in the 1990's, but it did not come by the fancy name of Geodemography then. I think this article is a case of commercial neologism. --Gavin Collins 22:27, 11 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

What were they calling it then? I am aware that Stan Openshaw was using the term geodemographics from at least 1989 (Openshaw S. (1989) Making geodemographics more sophisticated. Journal of the Market Research Society, 31, pages 111-131.) --Andy Turner 20:10, 8 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
