Contested deletion[edit]

I found the German Wikipedia page of Garuda Linux, I copied all of the information and translated it. I realized almost all of the information that was translated sounded very promotional. I spent the last 20 minutes making more information and less promotional. Last time I created this page, you took it down for promotional and advertising. This time I took all the information from an existing Wikipedia page, translated it, and included more information that isn't promotional. Last I've also asked how this falls under promotion and advertising and didn't get any response. Again, I'm trying to improve the Wikipedia page, so let me fix it. Don't just tell me this page falls under speedy deletion for promoting, tell me what to fix and I'll do that.
