Gala - Widely used last name or surname in India[edit]

Gala is also a surname widely used in India. The origins of this surname or last name was from Shiv village of Rajasthan. It dates back to 9th century. Gala's are mostly Kutchi Jain and it is also considered to be the largest used surname in Kutchis.
