Neutrality and Tone[edit]

Several sections of this entry are unsourced, personal reflections on the man's character (for example, the intro's "Abbé Fulbert Youlou was the most peaceful president in Congo-Brazzaville. From the beginning, "Abbé" was viewed by his fellow citizens as a sort of man sent by providence.") Several other areas of the entry talk about correctly cited events, but add personal opinions or modifiers ("Youlou's administration was not very concerned about its budget deficit.", "The Congolese head of state had an acute sense of staging").

Most of these would be fixed by a rewrite adopting Wikipedia's tone, since the entire entry is written like an essay.--82.138.194.108 (talk) 12:25, 28 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Looks like an eulogy, instead of an academic article. --HCPUNXKID 22:36, 10 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
