Proper link?[edit]

The link for The Chicken goes to the San Diego Chicken. There is an entry for the Chicken Dance but I'm not sure if this is what the article is referring to.--65.113.254.34 02:36, 16 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Addition to Literary allusions[edit]

Just read "frug" mentioned in fiction:

Book: Playing for the Ashes Author: Elizabeth George

Here's the sentence:

“Another Saturday evening when I could have crammed myself into something made of spandex and sequins to frug like a maniac—does anyone still do the frug, by the way? Did anyone ever do it?—and here I am, nose to the grindstone, teeth sinking into something the canteen is calling a croque-monsieur.”

Spoken by Havers to Lynley Is this siginificant enough to be added? Linnah (talk) 13:32, 29 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Move discussion in progress[edit]

There is a move discussion in progress on Talk:The Running Man (dance) which affects this page. Please participate on that page and not in this talk page section. Thank you. —RMCD bot 05:31, 25 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Eeeuw :([edit]

This is a really bad article, you know. It's so full of nonsense it should just be deleted. But if someone wanted to save it, "The frug was a popular dance in the mid-sixties. Steps are outlined below (with a chart). Common tunes suitable for frugging would be ... xxx, yyy, zzz." And that's it. Bob Fosse had nothing to do with the frug. Or the pony or the watusi or the egyptian or anything else. Not that I dislike Mr Fosse but c'mon.

The rest of this is ... awful. And pretentious. And not accurate. Silly, too. Yuck. 116.231.76.237 (talk) 14:01, 17 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
