Image[edit]

What difference does it make who added an image to Commons? It's got the subject's permission to use it. (Text certainly, but a photo?) Also, I don't see User:Wikiyamo listed as a known or suspected sockpuppet of User:Newzealand123. Clarityfiend (talk) 22:17, 26 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

It makes a difference if you want to follow the rules such as WP:EVASION. The image was uploaded by Lanaelle007, as I stated in an earlier edit summary. This information also appears here: [1]. Note that NZ is also blocked on Commons, see [2]. It is unfortunate that you are not only doing paid editing here but trying to advance the work of an extremely disruptive, blocked, paid editor (with more than 100 socks). I was not aware that a blocked editor was involved. While nearly all I've done (aside from supplying proper sources) is delete even more text than you yourself, "Caesar's wife must be above suspicion", so I won't be doing any more paid editing. Clarityfiend (talk) 05:34, 27 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
