Bolding in section on 'Ruthanasia'[edit]

Is there a particular reason why certain phrases are bolded in this section? I haven't seen similar practice elsewhere on Wikipedia. The casual observer might think one of the page editors was trying to highlight contentious phrases for some reason. Any ideas? Samf-nz (talk) 02:51, 13 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Originally that and several other sections were in bullet point form. When they were changed to paragraph form the phrases saying what the specific policies were were highlighted. This has also been done on several other NZ government pages (see the Foreign Affairs and Military section of First Labour Government of New Zealand, for example). It isn't very widespread, though, so it could be got rid of, if people think it doesn't work. --Helenalex (talk) 03:19, 13 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
