Military history tag[edit]

Do books fall into the military history tag? And if so, is there a task force that they should be included in? I know that the Mil Hist project has a War Films task force, but I don't think there is a War Fiction, or similar, task force. AustralianRupert (talk) 05:53, 15 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Age[edit]

"Conrad is an 18-year-old patriotic German tank leader commanding his Panzer division..."

This extract appears in para III of the 'Plot' section. I have not heard of this book, but I'm having a hard time imagining an 18 year-old 'commanding his Panzer division'. I'm no expert, but I thought all divisions in all armies, were commanded by somebody who was considerably older than 18.
And what is a 'tank leader' anyway?

Roman cranberry shiza[edit]

Complete nonsense, Stalingrad was not defended on the orders of Stalin, but because this important strategic point, well, the Red Army soldiers were not badly equipped, they were simply inferior in quality to the Wehrmacht until 1943-1944, since the Wehrmacht was at that time the best army in the world and everyone gave up on him 37.54.230.242 (talk) 19:57, 17 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
