@WaddlesJP13: I've unreviewed this- though the ref from Business Traveller is announcement-like and the site lacks editorial policies, IMHO it's debatably WP:RS and WP:SIGCOV. But my WP:BEFORE found only trivial mentions and routine, promo-like sources. However, the other two refs are routine and SIGCOV-failing IMO. @VickKiang: I went ahead and did a search for references using the building's name in Thai, I found four that might possibly be good but I can't be sure (source 1 and 4 look like they might be fine, I don't know if 2 and 3 are SIGCOV-passing):
