Some nonsense needs to be fixed[edit]

It means that since the vast majority of countries of the world are civil law or Islamic jurisdictions, and since they ipso facto practice some form of forced heirship, then forced heirship is practiced in most of the world. That's: Latin America, most of Africa, Europe, and most of Asia. The countries excluded are common law countries and a few customary-law countries. Torvalu4 (talk) 23:09, 27 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
