Hamburg Senate flag removed[edit]

I removed the flag used by the Senate of Hamburg in its function as head-of-state. This is a purely head-of-state flag, and there are others in Germans states, mainly used (or rather formerly used) as car flags. These do not belong here. The Hamburg case is particular, because this flag is called "Staatsflagge", and therefore is very frequently mistaken (even in otherwise good flag books) for a general service flag like the other ones shown here. The general service flag for most Hamburg authorities (except for the admiralty) is the normal Hamburg flag.--82.135.28.22 10:43, 9 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
