Added details of criticisms of First, which have been widely covered in local media. These criticisms were removed previously; removing them is not the same as correcting non-neutrality! 89.242.70.160 21:53, 25 June 2007 (UTC)

I've done a lot of editing on this page today, as much of the information seemed out of date. While I know that First's service is poor, I can't really find any references for the criticisms section; if whoever wrote that could give an accurate and decent reference I'd be very grateful. Updated this again after the introduction of the 'Simplicity' programme. However, I've not had the time to look at all the routes. The section on the Overground needs extensive work. --Grgrsmth (talk) 22:00, 19 December 2012 (UTC)
