It has been suggested (thanks, Frayae) that this article should be merged with the article on Xansa, on the argument that these are actually one company in two stages of its development.

Hence we need to discuss:

Is/was 'Xansa' generally seen as the same company as 'F International'?
What changes actually took place? (Management, Ownership, Strategy, Services ...)
Would it be more helpful to the typical enquiry/enquiror to treat this as one history, and not two?
