Is there a real need for this page at all? FVWM-Crystal is just a set of configs; it ought not to need singling out in the manner. If it is *really* necessary, a mention about it can put on the FVWM page. -- ThomasAdam (2007/10.17)
The scope of the FVWM-Crystal project differs from FVWM, of course; it may be regarded as an outflow of the latter. Most important: it enhances the bare window manager FVWM with applicability and it points out ways how to get it applicable in other contexts if the used methods are transfered onto other apps! This is a freakin' advertisement!
Why the hell doesn't Wikipedia have some kind of vetting process for new articles? I was looking for a description, not a puff-piece. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.65.209.117 (talk) 11:45, 13 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Not absurd anymore: in the time span between August 2009 and February 2010 the text has undergone a lot of significant improvements, resulting in a higher level of quality. Nevertheless it may be somewhat short; on the other hand the article has got a more precise formulation now. All in all, the shortness does not affect this encyclopaedia in a negative way, because encyclopaedia articles ought to be concise. It's not a stub anymore; moreover it's self-contained and short.
