March 2017 update[edit]

On 3 March 2017, an anonymous editor amended the article to say this party is still active and plans to contest the 2017 election, but added no sources. Since this was the editor's only edit on any article, I investigated. I found that there is a Facebook page attributed to the party that states it intends to contest the election. But I could not find any sources other than the own party Facebook page that the party has done anything since 2014.

My approach was to agree with the edit that the party is still an existing entity, but to add more information and citations about how active it is. I attributed policies to the 2014 campaign, since there is little current sources other than a mission statement, which I added. I separated the article into sections, and used the last section to discuss that, in short, very little is known about the current activities of the party beyond two posts from their own Facebook page, which do not make for independent sources. I also updated some sections of the article to match the citations, noting that the official website is defunct and the IBT citation is also dead (I couldn't find it on the IBT site).

If more information comes to light as the party's 2017 campaign gets independent coverage, this can be added to the article. HenryCrun15 (talk) 17:14, 3 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
