Notability[edit]

A PROD notice was placed on this article. I have subsequently added more references about the original Ex-Centris development and about the fate of the building. These plus the coverage in various books (e.g. Le cinéma au Québec: tradition et modernité, 2006, The Defiant Imagination, 2009) seem sufficient to indicate possible notability via WP:NBUILD and maybe also meeting WP:ORGIND, so deletion would merit a full AfD discussion first.
