Exactly what does 'fully' mean in this sentence if UK govt doesn't sign the roads!? . . . Russian part extended?[edit]

According to Google Maps, the E30 now extends as far as Novosibirsk. Who is wrong about the stretch between Omsk and Novosibirsk? Junuxx (talk) 17:39, 23 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
