Name[edit]

Is it a pleasing beetle or does it please fungus? A bit of explanation of the name would be good here. 86.139.225.123 (talk) 21:19, 29 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

It appears to refer to the beetle's bright coloration being pleasing to the eye, cf. handsome fungus beetle. Dforest (talk) 23:36, 29 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Suspicious genus Bolerus and synonyms[edit]

We have a red link to the genus Platycladoxena, which is probably invalid and correct one should be Thallisellodes or Bolerus--Estopedist1 (talk) 06:11, 3 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
