In what other application areas do ways to quantify equidimensionality come up? Thermochap (talk) 17:24, 4 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

That Zingg thesis link is a nice find. Bravo! Thermochap (talk) 13:06, 13 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Footnotes[edit]

In mathematics[edit]

The term "equidimensional" comes up in mathematics as well, e.g. it can be applied to an algebraic variety. I have not tracked down its precise meaning yet. Perhaps the mathematical use of the term should be covered as well, especially since the term is used in its mathematical sense in several other wikipedia articles (e.g. Numerical algebraic geometry). EquidimensionalEquidimensional (geology) – This starts like a disambiguation page but actually only talks about use in geology. Suggest moving this and creating a dab page between this article and the mathematical Equidimensionality in its place. 1234qwer1234qwer4 23:33, 6 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
