This article seems like it warrants far more than it's got in it, and it essentially hasn't been touched since Oct 2006, more than two years ago as of this post. Am I missing something/does this topic warrant separate coverage? Surely this has generated WP:RS that could be used here. MrZaiustalk 11:41, 26 November 2008 (UTC)

Enterprise liability and market-share liability are two distinct concepts. Enterprise liability concerns the ability of a plaintiff to hold liable all of the entities in the chain of bringing a defective product to market (manufacturer, retailer, distributors, etc.), while market-share liability refers to apportionment of liability among companies that all manufacture or distribute the same type of injury causing product.
