Multiple issues[edit]

Why is this article separate from Noun phrase? There are many unfamiliar (even unlinked) items that hardly anyone will understand (non-restrictive relative clause, WTF?). The second table is a mystery: what is being categorised in the right column? Where are the premodifiers? It seems to be a large stub, full of unexplained complexity. I agree, in fact I think this article should be merged into the Noun Phrases section in English grammar.
