US-centric?[edit]
In the article:
- "Many states in the United States, foreign governments and professional organizations"
This portion of the text seems to be US-centric. I suggest that it is rewritten having in mind the international nature of wikipedia. --Mecanismo 10:44, 29 November 2005 (UTC)
