Merge[edit]

Emil in Ukrainian Omeljan No merge. Different pronunciations.

"the root is the same as to be confused with the similar-sounding but mostly one of unrelated names"[edit]

Huh?!?! This statement does not make the least bit of sense, IMHO. And where is the line that explains the meaning of the name? Zephyrad 05:42, 21 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Should we merge Emile?[edit]

I think Emil and Emile are only different spellings of the same name, we should have only one list of such names, opinions? -- AdrianTM 03:23, 22 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Nevermind, I've done it. -- AdrianTM 03:28, 22 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Please don't change article titles without discussion and concensus[edit]

Please don't change the title of an existing article (as you did with Pollution) without first thoroughly discussing it on the article's Talk page, waiting a few weeks for others to respond, and achieving a concensus to do so. Regards, - mbeychok 16:41, 12 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
