That's a good question. The article once contained a supposed date of birth, but I removed it because it was not cited to a valid source. A well-sourced date of birth would be a welcomed addition to the article. Eddie Blick (talk) 00:52, 10 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I reinstated her birth date in the infobox and added two reasonably reliable refs. Although they're not as good as her birth certificate, both Playbill and Warner Bros. (TCM) are respectable organizations, their sites do not allow user editing (unlike IMDb, et al), and they're sufficiently prominent within the entertainment industry that if Ashley objected to their publishing her birth date she could easily have prevented their doing it. I could not find ANY birth date for her besides August 30, 1939, anywhere online, so it almost has to be correct.—38.49.92.241 (talk) 11:41, 28 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
