Date of Death[edit]

Some sources say the 27th of September, some the 28th. Seems to be evenly split on the web. The 28th is stated in Arika Okrent's "In The Land Of Invented Languages", referencing a "1928 obituary". Anybody know for sure, or know why the disagreement? Ailanto (talk) 21:29, 27 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

plagiarism?[edit]

In his autobiography molee's wandering (written without capital letters, which he considered "cruel, non-ethical, non-artistic, and non-scientific") he describes an idyllic childhood spent listening to tales of Norse mythology in his family's log cabin, eating "good pancakes with milk in e dough n much egg n butter in it," and roaming the fields picking fresh berries, plums and nuts with the local children.

I read this passage (or one very much like it) an hour ago in Arika Okrent's In the Land of Invented Languages. —Tamfang (talk) 20:19, 8 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
