A fact from Eilika Duchess of Oldenburg appeared on Wikipedia's Main Page in the Did you know column on 15 April 2010 (check views). The text of the entry was as follows:
"Duchess of Oldenburg" (more precisely, Herzogin von Oldenburg) is legally not a title of nobility but a surname; this has been the case since Section 1 of Part 2 of the Weimar Constitution abolished the nobility in 1919. See Freiherr#In Germany. As such, it's factually inaccurate to name her "Duchess Eilika of Oldenburg"; she is instead "Eilika Duchess of Oldenburg".
