I couldn't find much about 54 of her 58 years of life. Maybe we'll get someone who can.--T. Anthony 03:09, 2 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I'm surprised more of this page hasn't been deleted as it is almost entirely original research.24.167.105.97 (talk) 19:16, 23 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Does Wikipedia really want a byline to their articles? I thought credit was more or less given in the "History" area.24.167.105.97 (talk) 16:47, 24 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Wright was Important to the Dorsey Band[edit]

Edythe Wright was not a major vocalist, but she sang with the Tommy Dorsey band during the 1930s. Anyone who had anything to do with that band is worth documenting, in order to capture historical perspectives important in other Wikipedia articles.

This article might be a good start in some ways, but it doesn't cover her musical growth or professional contributions. Most important; it doesn't describe the very important close relationship she had with Tommy Dorsey. See Levinson, "Livin' in a Great Big Way," a biography of Dorsey's life, for important details. 173.36.196.8 (talk) 16:55, 11 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
