The Frieze of Life
Does the 'Frieze of Life' include 'The Scream'?
It’s not stated here or at The Scream.

- As far as I know the first version of The Scream was completed in 1893, while the Frieze of Life was begun after December 1893. The later series included Anxiety (1894), which has similarities to The Scream. Martinevans123 (talk) 19:50, 23 July 2019 (UTC)
Reword this
Currently says;
- Seventy-one of the paintings previously taken by the Nazis had been returned to Norway through purchase by collectors (the other eleven were never recovered), including The Scream and The Sick Child, and they too were hidden from the Nazis.[96]
The "previously" is a bit confusing (with "had been").
The "they too were hidden" a lot confusing. What else was was hidden? The paintings were hidden from the Nazis, yet were taken by the Nazis?

I don’t know how to access the book at the reference, but this is my guess;
- Seventy-one of the paintings taken by the Nazis were later returned to Norway through purchases by collectors. Eleven others were never recovered: including The Sick Child, and a version of The Scream; (both were hidden from the Nazis but are still unrecovered).[96]
