Echo Burning - removing inaccurate reference[edit]

I deleted the "In Fiction" section, which is factually inaccurate. Though the article claims that the Lee Child novel Echo Burning was set in this town, the novel is set in western Texas and notes that "Echo, Texas," depends on Pecos County for most of its services.
