I am the process of writing a topic on eGovernment in Europe, and I consider that the coverage of Estonia is more complete than the one in this topic. I propose that eGovernment in Estonia is redirected to eGovernment in Europe#Estonia, possibly merging some parts of this topic. Any objections?
